  • Resource consent (sub-division and land-use) for residential subdivision and development. The Resource Consent consisted of:

    • Public Stormwater Extension

    • Sanitary Sewer public line bridging.

  • Project Management

  • Engineering approval for public drainage works

  • Building consent consisted of:

    • 1 x double level dwelling

    • Double internal garage

    • 4-bedroom open plan living area

Total Duration: 4 months
Project commenced in late 2015 and was completed successfully in early 2016.
