Outline of Work

  • Resource Consent (sub-division and land-use) for residential subdivision and development. The Resource Consent consisted of:

    • A new vehicle crossing

    • Public Stormwater Extension

    • Sanitary Sewer public line bridging.

  • Project Management

  • Engineering approval for public drainage works

  • Building consent included:

    • 2 x double level brick and weatherboard dwellings

    • Double internal garage per dwelling

    • 4 x double bedrooms per dwelling

    • 1 x living area per dwelling

    • 3 x toilet and bathrooms per dwelling

    • Relocation of 1 x single level house onsite with new foundations and piles

Timeline

Total Duration: 9 months
Project commenced in late 2017 and was completed successfully in mid 2018.
