• Consultation with client and redesigning the floor plan to suit client's requirements 

• Apply for new building consent

• New plumbing, new electrical and new gas fitouts including fireplace

• Construction of two new bathroom including one ensuite, new kitchen, wardrobe and storage cabinets, new roof over canopy

• Installation of new joinery to some areas

• Partial insulation, GIB stopping and painting

• Applying and obtaining CCC (Code Compliance Certificate)
