While most developers would have taken the opportunity to maximise their profit with a unit/apartment-style building, Chetan and Lajwanti had the compassion to subdivide the section into four modest-sized lots and build two of four family homes. Ourselves and our neighbours are both young first-home buyers who are grateful for our new three bedroom (plus study!) freehold homes in Central Auckland.
Chetan spared no expense in quality with the build, with a fully insulated house that keeps us warm in winter, cool in summer and well-protected from outside noise pollution. There are premium touches throughout the house, from a heat pump to wardrobe lighting to an LED mirror in the bathroom. We have no doubt that CJL will support us should issues arise in the future.
What’s more, the neighbours who were affected by construction in the right of way had nothing but positive things to say about Chetan. He is respectful and has a high level of care to every party involved in the construction process, especially in Auckland’s competitive and cut-throat housing market.
